Turning Data Roaming on off on Sony Device

It is essential that "Data Roaming" is enabled in order to use any eSIM. 

You can turn "On" and "Off" your Data Roaming in your settings.

Turning on your Data Roaming will allow any eSIM to work with your device.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go into Settings.

2. Go into "Network and Internet".

3. Click on "SIMs".

4. Click on the eSIM you would like to check Data Roaming for.

5. Make sure this is enabled in order for the eSIM to work.

If the toggle is "Blue" as shown in the second photo, then Data Roaming is enabled.

If the toggle is "White" as shown in the first photo, make sure to click it so it turns blue.
