Request a Refund

This article walks you through the necessary steps required to request a refund. 

1. Login to your account. 

2. Click on the "chat" icon located at the lower right-hand side of the page.

3. Ask our team to help you with the refund.

Please note: only unused bundles will be eligible for a refund.

If the bundle has been started and you would still like to request a refund then process the refund request with the chat  as normal. The team will log a  support ticket with our customer service team who will review each case individually to determine if a refund is applicable.
