How can I check my eSIM balance

This article walks you through the necessary steps required to check what remaining data is on an eSIM. 

1. Login to your account. 

2. Click on "My Account " located at the top of the page in the menu bar.

3. click on My eSIMS on the left bar 

3. Locate the eSIM you wish to check. You will notice a "basic view" showing the data usage and the expiry period left on the bundle. For a more detailed view click "eSIM details".

4. In the more detailed view the following data will be displayed:

• Current bundle
• eSIM details
